This Privacy Policy explains how jhak.im ("the Site") collects, uses, and shares information when you browse the Site, subscribe to updates, use its browser-based tools, or send Jerrick Hakim a message.

  • Newsletter subscriptions — your email address when you subscribe to new-post notifications.

The hosting platform may also process routine request and security logs.

Information used by browser-based tools

The Site includes utilities that transform text or configuration data in your browser. Their inputs are processed locally unless a tool clearly says otherwise. The Git repository command generator may save its form value in your browser's local storage so it is available when you return. Do not paste secrets into a tool unless its page expressly says it is designed for that data.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet service or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for choosing what information you submit through public forms and browser tools.

The Site links to products, social networks, source repositories, and other third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please make contact so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.
