These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jhak.im ("the Site"), including its articles, downloads, and browser-based developer tools. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is Jerrick Hakim's personal portfolio and publishing site. It presents projects, writing, professional information, contact options, and small developer utilities. Content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

The Site's tools generate commands or transform text and configuration data for your convenience. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it and for maintaining backups of any affected system or data.
